For 20+ years, I’ve been helping schools, families, and leaders create classrooms that are connected, steady, and growth centered.

Coming to work at IA was a life changing experience for me. Not only did i learn a different lens to use to view teaching children who are neurodivergent, i also was able to apply that humanistic lens to myself.
