Empowering You to Navigate Hard Moments with Neurodivergent Individuals
THERE IS HOPE
What if you are just wearing the wrong perspective?
Time and time again we've seen our clients dysregulated and overwhelmed, and then we've seen our team implement ONE change. That one change often brings about a sense of calm and readiness in those we support.
Â
Sometimes it's our...

âś” Neurodivergent clients
âś” Conversational clients
âś” Younger clients
âś” Older clients
Â
All of the clients we have are capable of having a hard moment. Because humans experience life, and sometimes life is hard.
Guess what humans having hard moments need?
HELP. They just need  help.
Life, in its fullness, brings trials and difficulties to everyone.
And in these tough times, what do we, as fellow human beings, need most? Simple—help. Just as Galatians 6:2 teaches us, "Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way, you will fulfill the law of Christ." Let us come together to offer that help and support.

And guess what? We’ve got the help you need.
Â
When you look through a different lens, you see something different.
Â
And this simple change of your lens will work again and again.
Â
Even better, right?
FEATURED IN:

Have you found yourself saying these things before?
Â
“We don’t have the capacity to serve that family.”
Â
Â
“I don’t know how to get everyone on board.”
Â
Â
“If I could just get my team in agreement…”
Â
Â
“If only we didn’t have to go back to the drawing board again?”
Â
Â
“I wish we could help, but we don’t have the tools to support”
Â
We grow best in stable environments. And what that means to you, is that your members also need stability to grow. Stable bodies and stable brains make progress. And when this stability happens the doors to growth are opened. Growth means you and your people win.Â
Â
For over 10 years we have been focused on creating safe and supportive, stable environments for our clients. And we see the same thing time and time again.
- From being overwhelmed to being calm
- From disconnected to engaged, and
- From stagnant to steady and stable.
And this is where hope lives. And that hope is what you really want for your people, isn’t it?
We get it. Our team has a collective of 40 years experience. The last thing you want to do is waste time.
Â
You want to help people. You want simplicity. You want to implement dignified, honorable, and effective interventions. You want to support your peoples' growth.
Â
Let’s get started getting your people what they need.

A frequent churchgoer, Ben, comes in for a session. But today Ben is dysregulated. And just off. Something is different. You don’t know much except dad dropped him off today. You don’t make much progress this session as your typically regulated member is more anxious and overwhelmed. You’re disappointed. You had fun activities planned. You feel like you’re taking a step backwards. There’s some aggression, too. 30 minutes later, after some escalated moments of overwhelm, Ben leaves. You both are dysregulated and sad.
Â
But what if this is your reality?
Â
You get 1 minute of information when Ben is dropped off. Mom is traveling, and dad dropped off, and by the way--- Ben has seasonal allergies. You know these things now, because now you know to ask. Now, you get clarity, instantly, on his starting place for this session. AND, because you use the First Things First Framework, you also know exactly what to do. He is still dysregulated and slightly anxious. BUT YOU KNOW HOW TO HELP HIM. You know where to start and what to do.Â
You might still have a few hard moments, but you also may not. What you do have is clarity and hope, because you still feel confident about your way to support Ben. Ben leaves more regulated, calm, and had a positive connection with you. You just helped a human in a hard moment. In a meaningful, humanistic, kind and effective way. You’re happy and proud of the practitioner you are for Ben.Â
